About Us

organic hr llp is an ethical, user friendly hr consultancy offering services that enhance human resources (HR) performance and develop individuals, teams and organisations. The business evolved in Spring 2010 from a long standing HR management consultancy and is centred on a business model that is designed to be open, responsible and responsive. Whilst we are a relatively new company, we have been working together as a team for several years.

We provide expert help and practical support in all areas of employing, managing and developing staff; helping employers to increase profitability, manage risks and release management time.

Who we are

organic hr Halifax is led by Nancy Ellis supported by a team of specialist associates and partner organisations including employment lawyers, consultant HR directors and occupational psychologists.  Between us we have worked with a wide range of organisations in the private and public sectors, including government agencies, local councils and pharmaceuticals. Each of us has worked and lived in different parts of the UK but we are all originally from West Yorkshire and we are delighted that we have been able to base our business here.  Further details are provided about the management consultancy team here.

What we do

We want to make human resources and team development relevant, easy and accessible to businesses and organisations that might not always have the time, budget or the expertise to make the best of their people. We offer HR and development help across the whole employment cycle including recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, team building, succession planning, redundancy handling and psychometric testing and profiling.

We are committed to being environmentally and socially responsible and seek to be measured on this, as well as our cost effectiveness and our results.  Most of all, we are dedicated to transferring the skills to the people we work with that help them build up their own human resources and development expertise, better equipping them to respond to the shifting business environment and achieve on-going performance improvement. This process is known as organic change, and is where our name comes from.
