Nancy Ellis MBA, LLB
With over 30 years experience in business including 10 years working in consultancy, Nancy is an excellent trainer and management consultant. With expert knowledge of many HR disciplines, Nancy particularly enjoys working with clients through employment relations assignments and is business savvy when it comes to the interpretation and implementation of employment law, policies and practices. She prides herself on her attention to detail. Nancy has enviable training and development capabilities, having developed and delivered numerous programmes for managers and staff at all levels on a range of business and human resources subject areas. She is a warm and supportive individual, and training participants benefit from her ‘learner centred’ approach and range of delivery methods. Nancy is still providing management training for clients she has worked with for a number of years.
Nancy also has a strong background in coaching managers and executives, and has the ability to pose searching and thought provoking questions that encourage reflection, change and growth in even the most stubborn individual. Spencer is a dynamic and focused member of our team with a proven track record of HR and management consultancy on a wide range of projects and
assignments. He particularly enjoys organisational development work, having undertaken some interesting and complex projects in both the public and private sectors. His ability to develop relationships with his clients is second to none, resulting in bespoke services that cut right to the heart of the needs of any business.
Spencer is capable of working with individuals at all levels within an organisation, and is a strong influencer. Spencer takes the lead on most of our outsourced human resources activity with our SME clients, along with providing occupational psychometrics in both assessment and development scenarios. Furthermore, with a strong track record in project management and being Prince2 certified, he is a valued member of the organic hr team, is action focused and is the creative influence within our business.
