Occupational psychometrics are a great way for us to understand an individual – their typical behaviours, motivations and personality traits – but sadly we can’t do this just for fun. We use a range of psychometric testing and profiling tools and diagnostics for use in recruitment and selection, team and individual development, coaching, talent management and succession planning.
Our partners are qualified in the British Psychological Society Certificate of Occupational Testing to Level B, meaning that we are proficient and experienced in applying personality and ability testing in businesses, as well as providing an affordable service to businesses that might not have considered psychometrics before to help them make evidence-based decisions, saving time and ultimately money.
